Listing detail pages automatically suggest live listings of the same transaction type (sale/rent) and property type. Listings in the same district come first, then the same province; a similar sub-type and a close price are prioritized.
BURSABROKER AI Welcome Experience
The BURSABROKER AI assistant on our pages welcomes visitors and guides them in one tap to listings for sale or rent, selling and valuation requests, projects, district guides and contact channels. It is not a conversational AI model; it is a helper interface that makes the site's existing features easier to reach.
Multilingual Site Architecture
Full content in Turkish and English; homepage and navigation in German, Russian, Arabic and Persian, with an honest translation notice on pages not yet fully translated.
SEO + AEO + GEO Infrastructure
schema.org structured data, sitemap, robots directives and hreflang architecture — built so both Google and AI-based search/answer engines can read the content accurately.
CRM & Lead Management
Leads are classified by intent (sale, rental, valuation, investment, general inquiry) and tracked in the admin panel together with source page and campaign (UTM) data.
